Sales Terms & Conditions
Customer Pick-Ups
All merchandise must be paid in full before scheduling pick-up. Please bring your I.D., a copy of the sales order, and packing material. Our warehouse personnel will be happy to assist you in loading your merchandise, however we cannot assume any liability for injury or damage from your loading or transportation. Please inspect merchandise prior to loading. We cannot accept claims of damage after you have left the pick-up center. Customer can pick-up merchandise 10am to 5pm everyday except Wednesday & Sunday.
Delivery
Customer will be given a timeframe in which they can expect to receive delivery. The delivery crew will call 15 to 20 minutes prior to arrival. If there is no answer, they will not attempt the delivery. Please have a clear path to where the furniture is to be placed. Please inspect merchandise before signing the delivery release form.
No Fits
The delivery crew will do their best to make a successful delivery to your home. However, please be aware that if small doorways, narrow hallways, or other obstacles prevent the crew from a successful delivery, the delivery change is non-refundable.
Warranty
There is a 30-day manufacturer warranty on all merchandise (excluding closeouts) against factory defects. This does not apply to cracks, scratches, or rips. Mattresses come with a warranty from the manufacturer. Please keep your sales order should you need to file a claim.
Optional Extended Protection Plan
An additional 5-year protection plan is available for purchase on most merchandise. For more information, please see GBS Protecton Plan page.
There will be no refunds after 48 hours of purchase. No refunds will be given on merchandise that has been picked up or delivered.
